At Home Care Dentist, we are committed to a transparent fee structure. It is as follows:
Home Care Dentist Visit, Dental Exam, X-Rays and Care Plan: $345
Surcharge for Weekend Visit: $95
All fees for additional dental services including but not limited to - Cleanings, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, Denture Relining - will be outlined in writing and sent to you after the initial Home Care Dentist exam so that you can make an informed decision about follow up procedures.

Additional fees may apply for locations outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
Home Care Dentist is a fee-for-service practice. Payment is due in advance or at the time services are rendered. If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to submit a standard claim form to your insurance company so that you can be reimbursed directly for your allowable benefits. Home Care Dentist is considered to be an out-of-network provider and any dental insurance reimbursement will be sent directly to you.
